Sun Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a master extraction: enters the minds of sleeping people to steal secrets. But daring to mark a radical change in his life will be to make the inverse process, planting an idea rather than remove it. The company will first confront Cobb with himself, exposing them to extreme dangers that have to do with his past. The dream is a world in which to seek refuge, a world that becomes the first drug, then needed for survival. The euphoria from chemical illusion, already tested in such films as Existenz (D. Cronenberg, 1999) or Strange Days (K. Bigelow, 1995), is found in every inlet of contemporary civilization in the form of drugs such as digital second life, dependency information from social networks, an obsessive interest in the reality show. And Chistopher Nolan is aware of, and directed his films with mathematical precision, calibrating every detail of each piece and calculating, all on a substrate of apparent imbalance in time.
Ed Nolan's dreams are inspired by the cinema (the Bond Movies, Kubrick ...) and art (the surrealism of Dali and Escher) and art as the only certainty of a return to reality and in tern
Notes Rien de Rien by Edith Piaf ; need to be born of an architect, a chemist, a forger. Every detail is designed and engraved on the collective memory of the public. Recognizable features, fantastic inventions and so help to throw the viewer into a state of trance that takes over the mechanisms of the dream, confusing and imprisoned. The director rejects the use of digital and 3D visual delirium just to make even more real. And there is catapulted in Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Canada, Morocco between places you've seen and distorted perceptions and disturbing, just as in dreams.

today Méliès, Nolan takes the spectator on the threshold of his worlds, then holds him by the hand to push with violence over the border with the imaginary. Because the idea is impossible to eradicate a virus, and grows outside of the mind, builds worlds and infects everything we know. The virus is Cobb Mal (Marion Cotillard). Like Eternal Sunshine (see http://unfilmperdessert.blogspot.com/2010/07/infinita-letizia-della-mente-candida.html ) Cobb's mind is infected by guilt, loss irrepressible
of someone who he can not recreate. As he confided to his wife's statue, the only creation that is possible is a sorry excuse for a Mal distorted and built on guilt and pain. Thus, the end of the film seems completely unnecessary to the dichotomy between reality and dream. You do not need to know if the spinner fall or will run forever because at the bottom of the reality must be the safety of a shelter, and there is no place where refuge in the dream. And the dream, the idea, a virus is ineradicable.
RECIPE
I do not know why, but watching the movie, the first thing that caught my attention was the choice of the name Arianna for the architect of the labyrinth to be implanted in the minds of Fischer (Cillian Murphy). This particular course has recalled to my mind the lectures about the Greek mythology that I have so much passion. I think it's just a starting point to find a recipe that you complete this film. Obviously this will not be cooking the meat of young women and seven young Athenian men identifying ourselves in the shoes of the minotaur. But, to fascinate me, always mythology, was the emphasis placed in the description and search of pleasure. So, now provides the recipe for a delicious dessert of Greek origin that I found on http://www.ricettepercucinare.com

100 g sugar, 100 g Dark Chocolate

For the mango sauce
150 g mango pulp 100 g Sugar
To prepare cake, cream the butter with 100 g of icing sugar, working with a whisk or electric mixer until mixture is smooth and creamy. Still working on it, then built the grated ginger, egg, egg yolks one at a time, the melted chocolate, cold, and then the flour sifted together with starch and a teaspoon of yeast. Grease and flour 12 molds for creme caramel, fill them up to two thirds with the prepared mixture, spreading evenly, then bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the chocolate sauce: boil for 2 minutes 100 g of water with sugar, then add the chopped chocolate and stir, let it dissolve in order to obtain a creamy sauce. For the mango sauce instead, you just blend the fruit pulp with sugar. Baked the cake with ginger, the mold, arrange them in saucers serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm, accompanied with a spoonful of each sauce, a dollop of whipped cream, slivers of almonds and if desired, also seals chocolate.
